STEP 1 Contact Us and Send the Image to Be Customized

Although the first step, it is the most important. You can contact us by Skype, email or phone. Explain any details of the artwork that are not obvious. The representative will need information such as colors, sizes and materials to be used.

STEP 2 Receive Layout & Quote

A designer, working closely with your sales representative, will create a layout of your artwork using the provided information. The layout with a price quote will be sent promptly.

STEP 3 Confirm Your Order

If the original layout needs any type of changes, communicate with your sales rep. Once the design is finished and a final layout and price are known, an invoice will be sent to you. Read it carefully before paying! Once payment is made, production begins and no changes are permitted.

STEP 4 Payment & Production

Payment can be made several ways. We accept Western union, T/T and PayPal (paypal need extra 5% paypal fee). Once payment is made, production immediately begins. The factory has over 30 skilled workers supervised by a quality control staff. The goal is to rapidly, but accurately, produce your layout using only products with consistent colors and strong adhesive characteristics All products used are professionally laboratory tested for lead content, adhesion capability and washing durability. Normally it takes 2 to 3 business days to produce an order.

STEP 5 Delivery and Receiving

Usually we ship goods by DHL, Fedex or UPS. Also we welcome your specific shipping requirement. It takes 3-5 business days to ship your goods from us to you. Once the goods are shipped, we’ll send you the tracking number in the first time.
